The reason I can help clients work through this–is I have been in the same stuck place myself–and I know how painful and confusing it can be.

My name is Shelley Riutta and about 21 years ago I had graduated from college and was living in Dallas, TX. I had gotten my degree in Marketing and was having no luck finding a job in that field. It felt like I was running really fast into a brick wall–nothing was working out! It was not fun and I became very depressed and anxious. I then proceeded to do some real soul searching–I read books, journalled, meditated, analyzed my dreams, journalled some more and began seeing my first therapist.

Your name it–I did it for months. I was trying to get clear about my life direction. I knew that I was stuck and not in alignment with my path. I wanted more than anything to have clarity about what direction to go in. What was I here for? What was my Life Purpose?

It took about a year to get clear about what my Life Purpose–which was to go back to school to become a psychotherapist. I am so grateful for that–but I still remember the long, painful year of trying to figure it out. I felt lost, alone and very confused about how to figure out my path.

During those months of soul searching, I would have given anything to have had a road map to figure this out-–and be connected to a group of people who were going through the same thing–so we could help and understand each other.

That is why I am so passionate about the Life Purpose Mentoring Program. I designed the program to match what I would have loved to have had for myself during that painful and confusing time. I believe I went through that experience and learned all that I did to help people who are in the same spot in their life today–and make it MUCH easier for them.

I have distilled all that I have learned into a 7 Step System to make finding your life purpose clear and easy. 1. The Life Purpose 7 Step System- There are certain steps one must take to connect deeply with themselves, gain clarity about their path and develop a plan to pursue their life purpose. You will learn the Steps of this system and have homework to complete to move you forward quickly.

2. 8 Tele-Class Calls giving you Information about each Step in the System plus time for you to get your specific questions answered.

• All the information you need to guide you through the steps will be presented on the calls. You will also be given homework to complete between the calls.
• You will also be able to ask specific questions and get coaching from me on the call
• You will benefit from hearing from others and what their process and learnings are—someone elses question or sharing might give you insights for a powerful breakthrough for you. This is why I love doing groups and workshops—there is such amazing sychronicities and growth when people come together for a common intention.

• If for some reason you need to miss a session–the recordings allow you to not miss a thing!

• When I have done this in groups in the past people make progress very quickly because finally they have someone who is helping them be accountable to to what they are committing to. This keeps you on track big time!
• I will also give you helpful feedback and support to keep you moving forward

5. On-Line Life Purpose Mentoring Program  Forum

6. Monthly Mentoring Call in Times
