Stop Playing Small
February 2nd, 2008, by Shelley Riutta
Hello-I am back from facilitating the Inner Bonding, Breathwork and Joy workshop in Sunny Florida. The group that came together for the Workshop was amazing. I have never laughed so hard–there were women in the group who were incredibly funny. There were many breakthroughs and insights throughout the Workshop. I am always amazed by the parallels and synchronicities at my Workshops that add so much richness and power to what happens. I feel so blessed to be a part of it.
Today I am getting ready for the Radiant Life Support group which meets the first Satuday of the Month. Last month we did some Visioning exercises for goals for 2008 and this month we are going to continue this with people bringing the Vision Boards that they created. I’m excited to see what they have created—and I hope you have created your Vision Board for 2008! One of the things that I will be talking about in the group is releasing everything that keeps them living small—living in the confines of their conditioned self. In order to be fully free we need to let go of all that holds us being all that we came here to be. Your highest vision for your life—the life of your dreams– is a reflection of your true spirit and what it came here to express. Those visions that seem far fetched and pie in the sky are actually more true and real then the fears and limiting beliefs of your conditioned self.
When you are pursuing and living your dreams you will be at a higher more vibrant vibration. This higher vibration makes it easier for you to get insights that will help manifest your dream as well as draw events and people to you that can help you as well. This in turn is inspiring and uplifting to you—keeping your vibration high–bringing more of the same to you. There is never an end to how high our vibration can go. Think about the people you know that are leading inspiring lives–doesn’t if feel great to be around them? They are operating at a high frequency that feels good to them and those around them. Operating at this level is what your Spirit would love to do. It doesn’t like being small and being held back by fear. I believe depression can be a reaction of one’s Spirit to being held back by limiting beliefs and actions. The Spirit in you is trying to expand and be all that it came here to be—to live large.
Begin today to release all that has kept you living small—make a commitment to follow the expansive dreams of your Spirit and live LARGE!
